Chia

Chia is famous for its Majestic sand dunes, rising up like castles sculpted by the wind and the tides. It is a wonder of nature, particular in the early hours of the morning when the first rays of the sun light up the colours of the lagoon that spans the area of Tuerredda or Piscinnì. These three iconic beaches at Chia are also a Mecca for surfers and windsurfers, on account of the constant winds that blow from all directions and produce spectacular waves; however, the sea can naturally also be serene and still, gently lapping away at blissfully calm shores. The spectacular dunes, beach and seashore are all sights to behold, yet just a few metres below the surface, you can discover a whole new parallel, underwater world (or several small worlds). Chia is not only an example of nature at its purest, it is also a place that prides itself on its untamed identity, and where exclusive resorts and luxury residences are set harmoniously amidst living rocks, and golf courses lie enticingly between the sea and the sky.
